The Adult Education Data Manager maintains accurate program data and ensures compliance with federal and state reporting requirements, including the National Reporting System. This position supports students, staff, and visitors; assists with student intake, assessment, and student placement; and handles confidential information. The role prepares and manages student records, supports adult education instructors with progress monitoring, and performs key administrative duties such as managing files, inventory, purchase orders, and contracts.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data management
  • Two (2) or more years of related professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in adult education
