Job description

Essential Functions

An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:

State reporting of encounter and BH-TEDS/CLD data, to include follow-up with Providers on errors/responses

Responsible for customer support, assistance with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) system including but not limited to location and provider enrollment/maintenance, software development and testing

Assist with maintenance and MDHHS updates of CPT/HCPC service codes

Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance oversight

Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal, State and external Reviews

Assist with OIG Data preparation and reporting

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SUD and CMH Contract Monitoring

Assist with Explanation of Benefit Processing

Profile creation for staff level provider enrollment into the EHR system, including license and certification verification.

Participate on committees and workgroups as assigned
