Job description

Warranty Coordinator

This position directly contributes to customer satisfaction, profitability, customer relations, and various internal/external warranty processes. The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for administering all CS warranty claims with the factories, collecting information from customers, coordinating core returns from customers and to the GDC, contributing to overall customer satisfaction, and is customer focused.

Main Accountabilities: 1. Warranty case administration and monitoring. 2. Warranty data collection from Service Tech and/or customer. 3. Data Entry and "core" coordinating. 4. Warranty process coordination. 5. Tracking and reporting. 6. Part testing and local warranty repair coordination. 7. Regularly exceed expectations by being creative, energetic, positive, and by meeting day-to-day challenges head on. 8. Suggest process improvements and enhancements to improve daily activities, and to improve the way we do business. 9. Resolve urgent issues using problem solving, research, and communication skills.

Qualifications: Oral and Written Communication Skills, MS Office, SAP, Multi-Tasking, Organizational Skills
