Job description

We’re currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead privacy and consent-related projects across digital marketing platforms for a global automotive client. This includes cookie consent implementation, API integrations, Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) automation, and real-time consent tracking across web, app, and connected vehicle systems.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Privacy & Consent
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: Long-term

Project Overview:

You’ll lead privacy and consent-related initiatives across digital marketing platforms. The role involves collaborating with Digital Marketing, Legal, Privacy, and Technical teams to ensure compliance, user experience, and data integration across customer-facing systems.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience implementing and configuring Cookie Consent tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc)
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation workflows
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data governance
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional digital projects

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new cookie consent banners (placement, functionality, and messaging)
  • Manage banner replacements and global rollout across multiple sites
  • Integrate consent management with systems like CDJRAF, Spoticar, E-Shop, Fiat Live Store
  • Automate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and feed into the CDP
  • Coordinate with technical teams on API integrations, field expansion, and real-time consent tracking
  • Ensure privacy compliance and enhance user transparency across all customer-facing applications

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar systems
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
