Our quality of work is paramount, so each applicant must have a strong eye for detail with a strong work ethic.
Data Indexer Summary:
As an Indexer you will retrieve all documents from our World View Fax system and attach them to the correct patient file. Email the insurance team patient information which will be used to confirm eligibility of each patient. Communicates with the clinical staff to ensure receipt of all new patient referrals so they can be properly reviewed. Index/ attach all MD orders and current patient documents to appropriate patients files. Professionally communicates with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers and office team members to insure we are indexing documents accurately and in a timely manor.
Intake Data Indexer Requirements:

  • Computer skills necessary
  • Intake experience a plus
  • Home Health experience a plus
  • Medical Office experience a plus
