Job description

STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS) is seeking a Financial Management Support Specialist in Hurlburt Field, FL. TS/SCI required.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide financial management support and analysis. Generates strategic monthly, quarterly, and fiscal planning and execution reports using available accounting systems. Tasks include:
  • Perform and conduct data collection and analysis that includes business case analysis, analysis of alternatives, cost-benefit analysis, financial impact analysis, government budget planning, expenditure tracking and reconciliation, cost allocation and cost recovery. Must be able to generate and interpret all accounting system and program management reports for analysis and management oversight.
  • Analyze multiple data sources to generate strategic fiscal planning reports.
  • Operate and improve on existing tools and models, build new financial models to analyze and reconcile program data plus forecast over the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) and develop program reports and recommendations for improvements regarding the overall budget and execution process and strategic reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare briefings and reports to summarize estimates, findings, cost-benefit analysis and recommend best course of action.
  • Provide the status of tasks NLT 5 business days after assignment or on an as required basis. The status of tasks will be reports weekly, until completed/published.
  • Assist in identifying and defining requirements and resources for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes to meet strategic goals. This includes assisting with identifying future needs and the corresponding fund type for resourcing in the areas of manpower, information technology, travel training and annual supply needs
  • Document, maintain and store requirements and associated information in appropriate Government approved formats and electronic Government approved shared location(s). Documents/products are due 5 business days after tasking or on an as-required basis. Status of tasks will be reports weekly, until completed/published.
