Job description

This position is fully in-office, M-F in Northwest Austin, TX. Relocation reimbursement is offered for this role if moving from outside the greater Austin, TX area. This is a base + commission role.
The Customer Success Engineers manage the day-to-day performance of customers while striving to maximize ROI and lifetime customer value (LTV). You will be the authority on data, optimization, and support. Learn and sharpen your SQL skills and diagnose integration issues using products like Postman. You will help onboard some of the nation's top companies working in partnership with Account Executives, Account Managers and fellow CX engineers to present a cohesive, team-oriented approach to customers.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will:
  • Accurately onboard clients onto the platform
  • Continually monitor dedicated accounts and make optimizations (bids, budgets, segmentation and overall ROI) to facilitate best performance and consistent improvement, budget fulfillment and overall client retention quarter over quarter
  • Become a product expert and influence the product roadmap.
  • Provide appropriate product suggestions on a client-by-client basis
  • Minimize churn by enlisting all available corporate resources to solve problems & drive results
  • Prepare and conduct regularly scheduled trend and metric reviews with clients
  • Resolve technical, product and account issues as they occur
  • Accurately document all relevant activity in Salesforce

What we are looking for in a highly qualified candidate:
  • Current Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation by May 2026) from a top school.
  • Demonstrated interest in data / analytics. Willingness to learn and utilize SQL
  • Very adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced team environment
  • High level of natural curiosity to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time now or in the future
