  • Must have the ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Support 24/7 Surge team operations in the Dulles International Airport (IAD) metro, with potential assignments in the following shifts: day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts.
  • Contribute to efforts and projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center infrastructure.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of teams within data center operations while working together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for the global computing and network architecture.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team while achieving strategic business goals and ensuring data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
