Position Summary
In this role, you will ensure our technology is consistently reliable and always ready to drive daily business success. You will monitor IT systems for any issues, troubleshoot problems as needed, and proactively resolve failures. Additionally, you will create and manage KPI dashboards, review infrastructure logs, and oversee the installation and deployment of technology at new retail branches. We are seeking an IT Operations Manager who embodies the principles of servant leadership. As a servant leader, you will prioritize the growth and well-being of your team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results, continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Coordination including managing IT Operations, and Networking.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of IT services by monitoring system performance. Must bring a continuous improvement mindset to IT Ops.
  • Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security.
  • Conduct regular system audits and software performance reviews.
  • Design, develop, and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Engage with vendors, outsource partners, and contractors to secure necessary products or services.
  • Plan and manage the IT OPS budget, ensuring cost-effective technology is in place.
  • Stay current with emerging technological trends and keep the company's IT infrastructure ahead of the curve.
  • Train staff in new technologies and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Assist with escalated IT issues or complex technical challenges.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.
  • 5+ years experience as an IT Operations Manager or similar role is required.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the IT field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and industry best practices.
  • Must bring experience with Hyper V, MS Server management, Cisco Network Management, IT Compliancy, CMDB, Automation and Scripting, and PowerShell
  • Experience with Azure, Intune, Defender, VEEAM a plus
  • Experience with Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps a plus
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Administrator certified - Preferred.
  • ITIL 4 certified – Preferred.
  • Data Center Operations Specialist (DCOS), or Data Center Operations Manager (DCOM) – Preferred.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Preferred.
