Job description

LOCATIONS: Jacksonville FL Onsite

Pay: $21 per hour

Temp to Hire

Start: June 2026

Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

Title: Wholesale Data Operations Coordinator

Job Duties:

  • Creates all customers for the US Division of the SAP master tables based on Sales new account packets
  • Perform weekly audits of pricing data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain a structured archival system for all pricing documentation and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily pricing discrepancies related to sales orders within SAP
  • Partner with Compliance and Finance teams to validate and investigate pricing and master data claims
  • Manages daily reporting to identify price discrepancies and resolve errors with documentation
  • Completes daily trouble shooting related to pricing discrepancies with sales orders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • Previous Data Entry and SAP Experience
  • Strong Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and Microsoft Experience
  • Experience working in operations within field of warehouse, retail, or distribution environment
  • ERP Experience (Preferred)
  • Must be a self-starter who is extremely detail oriented, organized, focused, can multi-task and can work well with a team
  • Commute to our Jacksonville office five days a week
