Job description

A creative process-oriented Operations Manager to provide outstanding leadership and hands-on support to the central operations teams. The Operations Manager supervises the day to day operations and works along with staff to ensure timely and effective internal and external member support. Using active leadership and coaching skills assures that central operation specialist team members provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to internal members. This position is responsible for ensuring optimum performance of the operations team as it pertains to system automation and efficiencies including internal processes and external channel consistency.
