- Data Input: Accurately input and update high-volume information (e.g., client profiles, financial records, operational logs) into company databases.
- Quality Control: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- System Maintenance: Assist in organizing, digitalizing, and archiving physical documents into secure electronic filing systems.
- Reporting Support: Help compile and format basic data reports for management review using Microsoft Excel and proprietary software.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive company and client information.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
