Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture and translate strategic requirements for new partner incentives into executable operational plans.
  • Design and build robust data infrastructure and processes that track incentive performance and business impact.
  • Address issues and close gaps to ensure all necessary systems, processes, and documentation are in place to support seamless incentive operations from intake through to closure.
  • Use AI and custom tools to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for a variety of users from support to executives, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver operational performance by ensuring all incentive-related escalations are triaged, investigated, and resolved appropriately.
