Overview
Job Purpose
The Property Data Operations Associate is focused on acquiring and supporting the processing of Property Tax data while helping Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) expand its Property Tax data footprint to improve coverage and automation across multiple product lines. The position also offers an opportunity to build skills and knowledge around managing data assets and leveraging data to drive automation through service-oriented products.
Responsibilities
  • Research and conduct outreach to property tax jurisdictions for data acquisition
  • Coordinate with legal on terms, conditions, and contract to permission data access
  • Support payables for any payments required for data access
  • Manager data ingestion in coordination with data processing teams
  • Conduct quality assurance to verify data is complete and accurate from sources

Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of a college associates degree is preferred
  • Administrative and/or service-oriented experience is preferred
  • Other work/general skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
