Position Overview

The Operations Director is responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the business. They play a pivotal role in our ability to achieve excellent operational execution, uphold a remarkable environment, and maintain balanced profitability. The Operations Director position is the first step into management within our organization.

  • Additional Information: This role requires a one year minimum commitment to working evenings for the 2-11pm shift. This experience prepares an individual for a potential daytime position in the future. This position is based on a 45-hour work week

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper Chick-fil-A training and standards are taught and maintained resulting in 98% or above in Deloitte evaluations and a 1 in Ecosure evaluations
  • Lead weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
  • Keep store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO
  • Maintain 82% or above in key Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories
  • Partner with the Human Resources department to interview and select top talent
  • Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Person-In-Charge (PIC)
  • Build talent pipelines within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
  • Provide fair, objective, and constructive performance feedback
  • Build team culture and morale

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
