Job description

Purpose:

This role owns the integrity, maintenance, and optimization of retail product and store data across Direct to Consumer (DTC) Systems for North America (NAM). The position ensures accurate, scalable data operations that enable store execution, omni-channel capabilities, and system stability, with a strong focus on Single Store Master (SSM), ongoing data governance, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • SSM (Single Store Master) Ownership: Act as the business owner of SSM, ensuring accurate store master data, system alignment, lifecycle management, and ongoing governance and continuous improvement to support retail and omnichannel operations.
  • Article & Data Maintenance: Own ongoing maintenance of product data across SAP and related systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and end-to-end lifecycle integrity.
  • Systems & Catalog Governance: Maintain and validate product and store data across SAP, TrueVUE, GK OmniPOS, and other platforms to ensure cross-system consistency and operational reliability.
  • Data Quality & System Health: Own and drive data integrity across systems, leading issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of data accuracy and performance.  
  • Article Setup Oversight: Oversee article creation processes executed by vendors and internal teams, ensuring adherence to standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Vendor & Process Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors supporting data operations, ensuring service quality, Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and issue resolution.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain standardized documentation for system configurations, data processes, and governance to support consistency and audit readiness.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Key Relationships:

  • Store Operations, Retail Stores, Merchandising, Allocations, Omni-channel, Finance, eCom, Marketing Operations (MOPS), Loss Prevention, NAM/Global IT, 3rd Party Vendors, Supply Chain.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
  • Experience with SAP, and familiarity with SSM and TrueVUE and other internal system tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess and manage cross-system impacts.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Retail or a related position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Systems experience in the Retail Industry preferred.
