Our team is passionate about advocating for justice and ensuring that our clients' rights are protected. We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and bilingual individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our Dallas location. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Run errands for the firm, such as to the post office or for court filings 
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Provide accurate and timely information to visitors 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation 
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries 
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area 
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations 
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
