Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Sales Operations department to manage sales data analysis and distributor activities to drive sales performance. Focus on developing and maintaining sales operations databases, automating reporting. You will be the lead architect and manager of the Sales Operations Data Center. Your mission is to consolidate fragmented data from CRM and ERP systems into a unified, automated infrastructure that powers the global semiconductor sales strategy.

1. Cloud Data Infrastructure & Architecture

  • Build & Manage: Develop and maintain a centralized Cloud-Based Sales Ops Data Center, ensuring robust data structures to support all analytics and reporting needs.
  • Pipeline Automation: Architect and automate data pipelines that integrate CRM (D365) and ERP (Oracle) systems with the central cloud database for real-time data flow.
  • Scalability: Collaborate with IT to optimize the performance and scalability of the sales data infrastructure.

2. Data Governance & Security

  • Standardization: Maintain accuracy and consistency of sales, billing, and lead data by standardizing information across all global platforms.
  • Security & Access: Manage cloud access controls, user roles, and data retention policies to ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.

3. Advanced Analytics & AI Innovation

  • AI Development: Build and deploy AI-driven solutions or AI agents to automate routine data cleaning, summarize complex sales reports, or predict pipeline risks.
  • Automated Reporting: Use Python/R and VBA to create and send regular performance reports, focusing on backlog/billing and sales forecast accuracy.

4. Commercial Strategy & Collaboration

  • BI Development: Create and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards that track critical metrics like "Book-to-Bill" and pipeline velocity.
  • Global Liaison: Act as the primary English-speaking technical contact for Sales Operations, translating commercial needs into technical database solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s)

  • Knowledge:  Comprehensive mastery of SQL (Database Design/Management), Python/R, Power BI, Excel VBA, and the data schemas of Microsoft D365, Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel VBA programming, data modeling, and professional English communication (written and verbal).
  • Abilities: Ability to translate complex sales data into clear business narratives and automate repetitive reporting cycles.
  • Others: Detail-oriented mindset for billing accuracy and a drive for continuous improvement through AI integration.

Required Qualifications

Basic

  • Communication: Professional proficiency in English; ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and document technical workflows clearly.
  • Core Tech Stack: Expert-level SQL and advanced Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
  • Systems: Hands-on experience with different CRM and ERP systems. Such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Reporting: Proven experience in Excel VBA programming and building/managing Power BI dashboards.

Preferred

  • AI Agency Programming: Experience building AI Agents (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT) to automate data auditing, summarization, or predictive sales forecasting.
  • Industry Expertise: Direct experience in Semiconductor Sales Ops (managing Backlog, Billing, Pipeline, and Forecast cycles).
  • Cloud Architecture: Experience setting up serverless functions or automated triggers within a cloud environment.
