Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue growth across New Business, Expansion, and Renewal motions. This role will partner directly with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, compensation execution, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, systems fluent, and thrives in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pipeline & Performance Analytics
    • Own weekly and monthly reporting for pipeline, velocity, productivity, and key KPIs
    • Develop standardized dashboards for leadership and board reporting
    • Ensure pipeline integrity and stage hygiene
    • Analyze conversion rates by segment, territory, and revenue motion
    • Track leading indicators of pipeline creation
  • Forecasting & Revenue Insights:
    • Support forecast process and rollups
    • Analyze forecast risk & upside by deal and rep
    • Identify trends impacting revenue attainment
    • Build and maintain revenue calendars
    • Partner with Finance on bookings and revenue reconciliation
  • Compensation & Productivity Analytics:
    • Support sales compensation plan modeling and reporting
    • Validate attainment calculations
    • Track quota distribution and coverage models
    • Measure rep productivity
    • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Systems & Process Optimization:
    • Maintain CRM data integrity (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
    • Improve reporting automation and data flows
    • Support territory design and account segmentation
  • Strategic Projects
    • Support GTM planning and headcount modeling
    • Assist in annual operating planning
    • Analyze pricing, discounting, and deal structure trends
    • Deliver ad hoc analyses for senior leadership
    • Prepare board-level reporting materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Education
Minimum:
4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
  • 2 years Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical role
