Job description

Position Summary:
Individual contributor position responsible for providing support to Distribution Center (DC) Operations and related business units. Works closely with DC operational departments in understanding information/data requirements to support the operation, process improvement, and drive efficiencies. Proficient in data extraction, analysis, and making recommendations. Partners with SCP&A, data management, and operations team with information requests, projects, and implementation. Hours for this role are 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday onsite but will have some flexibility to work from home. This role is based in Reynoldsburg and overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path.
• Identify and evaluate present or proposed business procedures and issues to define data processing needs.
• Support operations team with data, analysis, and recommendations for process enhancements.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests for data and architect automation if necessary.
• Prepare data and share analysis with leadership and cross functional partners
• Facilitate and document requests for databases and SQL to enhance productivity and research.
• Facilitates regular conversations around inventory and operational flow of product.
• Manage testing scenarios as required by cross-functional partners on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Access.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center environment preferred skill
• Experience with a WMS, Micro-strategy reporting system preferred skill
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Preferred experience in VBA and SQL programming language.
• Experience with Web Development a plus.
