ANTICIPATED AWARD: September/October 2026 ANTICIPATED START: September/October 2026 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR) CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years) About Us: Celestar, a B&A Company, offers highly competitive salaries and benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, and uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions. Proactively retrieves information from various sources, analyzes it for better understanding about the data set, and builds Al tools that automate certain processes. Duties typically include: * Creates various ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems. * Performs statistical analysis, applies data mining techniques, and builds high quality prediction systems. * Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government. * Desired skills and experience include data visualization and use of graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power Bl) and Tableau; major data science languages, such as Rand Python; managing and merging of disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL; statistical analysis; and data mining algorithms and prior experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics. Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume): • A minimum of 8 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a bachelor's degree. • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. • Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years) Come on board with a company that Values its Employees!
