Job description

Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst Enterprise Reporting & Azure Migration

Location: Omaha, NE - Hybrid (Initial onsite engagement followed by remote work, with periodic travel)

Experience: 12+ Years

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support enterprise-level reporting initiatives and Azure cloud migration efforts. This is a hybrid role that combines project management expertise with hands-on business analysis, particularly around reporting requirements spanning multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).

Key Activities

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document enterprise reporting requirements.
  • Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in coordination with internal technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support Azure cloud migration efforts by understanding data flows and helping ensure consistent reporting post-migration.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively resolve project-related issues.
  • Provide updates and status reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong experience in enterprise reporting, with the ability to understand data structures and reporting logic with BC.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple legacy versions of Microsoft Dynamics BC (Business Central).
  • Familiarity with Azure data services and cloud migration projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in the manufacturing domain.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data tables, data flow mapping, and reporting architecture.

Work Environment & Travel:

  • The role will begin with an initial onsite period at the customer location to establish relationships and gain in-depth project context.
  • After the initial phase, the position will transition to remote work with travel required every 2 to 3 months for approximately one week onsite to engage with the customer's internal teams and support key project activities, discussions, and alignment sessions
