Manage the migration of Ethernet to Cell Sites.

Monitor and push the Design and Provisioning process out of queues (Circuit and Provisioning) and move them downstream.

Ensure the successful migration within stipulated timeline. 

Coordinates the completion of Wireless Work Orders from start to completion by ensuring that all tasks are completed.
