  • Identify customer-facing platform workflows that are operationally inefficient
  • Prioritize workflows based on impact and technical feasibility
  • Design and ship self-service tooling, starting with data mapping tools
  • Reduce manual engineering and operational overhead
  • Own product-led growth success metrics, including firms implemented, time-to-implement/onboard, and internal operator hours per onboarding
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate manual processes into scalable self‑serve product lines
  • Write PRDs and user stories
  • Run customer conversations
  • Build QA tests
  • Create enablement material
  • Own the full product cycle from problem discovery through post-launch iteration
  • Incorporate LLM/LMM-powered technology into products
  • Build guardrails, evaluations, and feedback loops
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B product management experience
  • Hands‑on ownership of customer‑facing products involving automation of manual/operational workflows, heavy data transformation, ETL, and/or data migration/mapping
  • Track record of shipping products that drove measurable customer adoption and impact
  • Comfort across PRDs, user stories, customer interviews, QA, and GTM enablement
  • Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication
  • Strong systems thinking and exceptional pattern matching
  • Nice to have: background as a data engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or data product manager
  • Nice to have: hands‑on experience with data warehousing, ETL, and/or data orchestration tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Airflow
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Jira, or SQL
  • Ability to work in‑person at least 3 days a week from the San Francisco or Toronto office hub
