Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Manager to join our team! The Air Force Mission Assurance (MA) Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services. In this role you will manage and administer databases, ensuring data integrity, security, availability, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support structured collection, aggregation, normalization, analysis, governance, and quality control of MA assessment data
  • Ensures assessment data is integrated with Government-designated MA data repositories and aligned with data governance requirements
  • Support assessment process continuity, enterprise-level assessment data stewardship, analytical exploitation of assessment outputs, and integration with Mission Analysis and Risk Management activities.
  • Integration and synthesis of assessment data to identify trends, systemic vulnerabilities, recurring dependencies, cross-mission risk drivers, and enterprise-level patterns
  • Integration of assessment data with mission mapping, critical capability and asset identification, and criticality analysis outputs
  • Collection and analysis of data from other related assessments and data sources (e.g., Joint, Service, infrastructure, cyber, resilience, or operational assessments), as directed, to enrich Mission Assurance analysis and reduce redundant data collection
  • Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including artificial intelligence and machine learning methods

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Must have, or be willing and able to obtain within 90 days of position start date, Palantir Foundry Application Developer certification
  • Data governance, stewardship, documentation, and sustainment of analytical workflows.
  • Ability to understand Air Force missions and operational plans and the integrated support required to sustain and ensure their success

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • HQ, MAJCOM and/or CCMD experience

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
