Line of Business: Service & Support Pay Range: $136,030.00 – $181,363.32

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned to long‑term business goals.

  • Design, evaluate, and develop master data management workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes.

  • Establish and guide function-based data stewards to strengthen governance and consistent data practices.

  • Define, monitor, and improve the quality and completeness of master and transactional data, reporting on adherence and exceptions.

  • Lead and mentor high‑performing data management teams to ensure strong delivery and capability growth.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated career progression in Data Management, Data Governance, or similar domains.

  • Direct experience with SAP ECC and MDG; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration practices is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading customer and vendor master data cleanup initiatives resulting in highly governed, accurate datasets.

  • Established track record leading an organization through a data migration strategy.
