Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
About the Role:
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Management Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives across operational, historical, and next-generation data platforms. You'll oversee data architecture, governance, and modernization efforts, while driving the transition to scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong teams, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Data Architects, Analysts, DBAs, PMs)
  • Drive data governance, quality, and master data management initiatives
  • Establish data architecture standards, policies, and best practices
  • Partner with engineering and leadership on data platform transformation
  • Oversee migration to modern data platforms (Data Lake/Lakehouse)
  • Ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory standards
  • Manage delivery timelines, risks, and multiple concurrent initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in data management, data architecture, or data governance
  • 7+ years leading cross-functional data teams
  • Strong experience managing enterprise database platforms
  • Proven success in Master Data Management (MDM) programs
