Temporary Data Entry Clerk Location: Dallas (Love Field area) Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Duration: Approximately 6–8 weeks (temporary assignment) Start Date: Early August (training will begin before the employee's leave) Dress Code: Business Casual Position Overview Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide temporary support during an employee leave of absence. This is a temporary assignment only and is not intended to convert to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately process a high volume of information. Responsibilities Enter data accurately and efficiently into company systems Process reports throughout the day Prepare and send monthly invoices Email reports to clients Provide backup phone coverage as needed Perform other general administrative and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of data entry or related office experience Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently BHKW4385 #MON
