Position Overview
The Data Analyst serves as a critical liaison between Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other business units to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing data flows between vertical applications and the Core SAP system, managing customer and operational data, supporting reporting initiatives, and driving data governance and process improvement efforts across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to manage large datasets, identify data discrepancies, and support strategic business initiatives through effective data management and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integrity & System Integration
  • Ensure billables, receivables, and adjustments accurately traverse between vertical applications and the Core SAP system
  • Support and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data movement, migration, and system updates
  • Manage and maintain charge codes and service codes to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational alignment across systems
  • Perform ongoing data validation, auditing, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and gaps across platforms

Operational & Customer Data Management
  • Validate routing information and collaborate with GIS Routing teams on data uploads, geolocation accuracy, and data hygiene initiatives
  • Review, clean, standardize, and maintain customer and operational data across internal systems
  • Provide guidance and validation for Sales Contract input to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives
  • Ensure new customer data aligns with Customer Service standards and operational requirements

Reporting & Business Support
  • Ensure Finance has access to accurate and reliable data for reporting and analysis
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and collaborate with Data Analysts on reporting visualization and business insights
  • Maintain documentation for data processes, quality controls, and system workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Governance
  • Coordinate strategic process and system changes impacting operational, financial, and customer data
  • Work closely with Operations, Accounting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to support data-related initiatives
  • Assess and communicate the impact of process changes on data integrity and business operations
  • Develop and support long-term goals for data governance, integration, and business planning
  • Establish and promote best practices for enterprise data management and compliance standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data management, enterprise systems, SAP, and application integration preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel required; experience with SQL, Python, or other data management tools is a plus
  • Understanding of data structures, data cleansing, ETL processes, and reporting concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage repetitive, detail-driven work while maintaining a high level of accuracy
