We are currently seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to join our team remotely.

What youโ€™ll do:

The Data Management Analyst will provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor data submissions
  • Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW)
  • Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
  • Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database
  • Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBCโ€™s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBCโ€™s clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum One (1) year of experience in Data Analysis/Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
    • Data Management
    • Planning, organizing, completing, analyses, studies, and procedures
  • Associateโ€™s degree from an institution accredited in the United States
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance is required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required

Compensation Policy: Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer. Factors include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's qualifications, and the contractual terms of the program.
