Responsibilities
ST Engineering iDirect is seeking a high impact MBA Product Management Intern to support critical initiatives across its product and services portfolio.
This role sits at the center of the company's transformation, both technologically and commercially. The intern will work on high priority and ambiguous problems that directly influence product direction, platform evolution, and the shift toward scalable recurring revenue models.
You will collaborate closely with leaders across engineering, operations, and sales to shape how products and services are built, delivered, and monetized. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role offers strong visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to contribute to decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product leadership to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy
  • Support development of business cases, product roadmaps, and strategic initiatives that accelerate company transformation
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through business intelligence and performance analysis
    Contribute to market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and identification of growth opportunities
