What You'll Do

In this role, you will support and manage strategic initiatives on behalf of senior management, while conducting data management, financial tracking, and analysis for the Global Research Department. You will develop and produce analytics for senior leadership and generate ad hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and clients. The role also requires regular collaboration with a broad range of internal teams - including QTS, Marketing, Sales & Trading, Procurement, Market Data, and Compliance - as well as external clients and vendors.

What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in Business or Finance and brings advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management and have embraced the power of AI. You are a strong communicator who can engage effectively with internal partners, clients, and vendors across a global environment. You have sharp analytical skills, are highly detail-oriented, and can synthesize large datasets into meaningful trends and insights. You are energetic, self-motivated, and thrive under pressure while consistently meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

Familiarity with Capital Markets products, processes, and systems is an asset, as is a background in a Research or Sales and Trading support environment.
