Job description

Reporting to the Team Leader, Business Services, you will support data management and governance strategies by assisting on high-priority initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams within the Global Business and Information Services organization. You will work closely with internal partners and external providers to support data accuracy, reporting, and operational effectiveness while delivering insights that enable informed business decisions.

  • Support Master Data operations by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards
  • Gather and interpret data to support analysis and business decision-making
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities and develop actionable insights
  • Communicate findings through reports and presentations to support informed decision-making
  • Partner across departments and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Respond to information requests and communicate business impacts to partners
  • Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Prioritize multiple requests and serve as an escalation point for business partners
  • Document business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with peers and influence outcomes through strong partnership and communication
  • Build skills in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency and insights
  • Support oversight and coordination of Managed Services providers to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectations
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
  • 1+ year of business-related experience
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Power BI preferred
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and interpretation to support business decisions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to developing new technical skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
