About You

You are a person who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making information easier for others to understand. We need someone who can turn business questions into clear, useful reporting and analytics. In the role of Data Analyst you will be responsible for understanding reporting needs, building and improving dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting better decision-making across the organization.

  • Tell us about your experience in Data Analytics.
  • Are you a team player and a self-motivator?
  • What is your experience with conducting business in a way that is credit to a company?
  • We are counting on you to manage multiple projects using your problem-solving skills.
  • We are looking for someone UNCOMMON. What is uncommon about you?

Are you highly committed? Are you team-oriented? Do you value professionalism, trust, honesty, and integrity? If so, we cannot wait to meet you.

About The Position

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs, clarify requirements, and document key details.
  • Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and visualizations using approved tools, standards, and governance practices.
  • Turn business questions and operational needs into practical analytics solutions that support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Use SQL, data models, and analytical methods to query, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets so they remain accurate, useful, and aligned with changing business needs.
  • Troubleshoot report, dashboard, refresh, data quality, and system-related issues, working with technical teams when needed to resolve problems or improve performance.
  • Support data organization, storage, and access practices that make reporting reliable and easier to use over time.
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and technology teams to review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support more efficient workflows.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, business rules, and recurring analytics processes.
  • Participate in feedback sessions, business reviews, and project discussions to refine analytics products and improve the stakeholder experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or a related field, with experience leading analytics work from understanding the business need through delivery and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience building and supporting reporting or analytics solutions that bring together data from multiple sources and help teams make informed operational and leadership decisions.
  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including building data models, writing DAX, using Power Query, improving report performance, managing access, troubleshooting refresh issues, and creating dashboards and reports that are easy to use and understand.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, joining and summarizing data, using more advanced query techniques when needed, and validating results to support accurate analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of how data is structured, stored, defined, and governed, with the ability to spot data quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to take business questions that may not be fully defined, clarify what is needed, evaluate possible approaches, and deliver accurate, useful analytics with appropriate independence.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences, document business rules and report logic, and share findings, risks, and recommendations with stakeholders or leadership.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, troubleshoot reporting or data issues, use sound judgment, support teammates when appropriate, and raise risks or dependencies when leadership input is needed.
