We are seeking an experienced Governance Lead to join our Enterprise Master Data Governance team. This role is ideal for an expert in product master data management and governance who can implement, support, and continuously improve governance processes and cross-functional ways of working.


The role requires strong expertise in product master data governance, including hierarchies, attributes, lifecycle controls, and stewardship in complex global environments. Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP is strongly preferred, along with the ability to design standards, govern change workflows, and improve product data quality. Experience in the technology infrastructure sector or similar product-centric industries is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ā  Ā Product Master Data Execution: Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of product master data governance processes to strengthen operations, analytics, and AI readiness.
2. Ā  Ā Governance in Cloud ERP: Implement and maintain governance processes, controls, stewardship roles, and approval workflows.
3. Ā  Ā Policy & Standards Application: Apply and reinforce enterprise policies, standards, and business rules for product master data.
4. Ā  Ā Product Data Management Advisor: On a consulting basis, provide expertise in product/item setup, attribute standards, hierarchy design, reference data, and change control.
5. Ā  Ā Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, supply chain, finance, IT, and business teams to align data policies with business and platform needs.
6. Ā  Ā Technology Infrastructure Alignment: Support complex product data needs such as configurable products, hierarchies, lifecycle changes, and downstream dependencies.
7. Ā  Ā Data Quality & Improvement: Support rule definition, monitoring, remediation, and continuous improvement for product master data quality.

Job Requirements

Ā  Ā Hands-On Product Master Data Expertise: Strong experience in the product or material master data domains, including BOM structures, item catalogs and attributes, and business rules.
Ā  Ā Cloud ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with product master data governance in e.g. Oracle Cloud ERP, including standards and workflow design.
Ā  Ā Governance Leadership: Ability to establish stewardship models, controls, approvals, and accountability frameworks.
Ā  Ā Industry Acumen: Understanding of product data challenges in the technology infrastructure sector or similar high-tech industries.
Ā  Ā Communication: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with and influence business and technical teams.
Ā  Ā Data Quality Focus: Experience defining rules, resolving root causes, and improving end-to-end product data processes.
Ā  Ā Cloud Ecosystem Knowledge: Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and integrations supporting governed product data.


Additional Qualifications
Ā  Ā Professional Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in product master data management, governance, or a related field in complex global organizations.
Ā  Ā Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
Ā  Ā Certifications: Relevant certifications in data governance, MDM, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications preferred.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 253,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
