Overview
The Replenishment & Allocation Analyst II manages replenishment and allocation processes with high independence. This role involves analyzing inventory data, supporting promotional and seasonal strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and reduce shrink.
Essential Functions
• Execute replenishment strategies and allocation plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to support seasonal and promotional initiatives.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and propose solutions to minimize stock-outs and overstocks.
• Prepare and interpret reports for management, providing insights on inventory performance.
• Analyze supplier performance reports. Collaborate with Manager and Supplier(s) to identify and implement efficient ordering practices that drive improvement in supplier on time and in full % and reduce cost.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in replenishment, allocation, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
