SUMMARY

Responsible for accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost & allowance activity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set-up of all new items accepted by the Category Teams via the vendor community, including bill-backs, costs, retails, and required regulatory data
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies and other activities which impact accuracy at store level
  • Maintenance and auditing to ensure clean and correct data files
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies helpful
  • Knowledge of MIC2, OMI, Control-D, and C&S systems a plusย 
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail ย Systems & process orientation
  • Ability to handle rapid change
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • College degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in grocery retail/store operations preferred
