SAP Data Entry Specialist

Pay Range: $19.68hr - $25.20hr

Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proven experience in SAP data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software/databases.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and ability to multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Types of SAP Transactions: MIGO and ME20 (PGI, GR).
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data in SAP, and internal systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity - Bills of Lading.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Gather data from various sources; being investigative as required.
  • Enter and update data accurately in our systems, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet data needs and support ongoing projects as required.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from colleagues and management promptly.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data (goods receipts - inbound and outbound) in the company SAP system.
  • Ensure data integrity and assist with tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Nice to Have:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and SAP-EAM.
  • 1+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in reliability functions.
