Position Title: IT Business Systems Analyst (RLT23)

Job Description

Analyze business processes and pain points, assess existing system functionalities, and provide recommendations to address business challenges. Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report progress. Develop relationships and processes with cross‑functional stakeholders including sales, solution architecture, delivery, finance, partner, BD, and others. Define key sales support systems and processes to meet rapid growth and revenue objectives. Identify root causes, improve system stability and scalability with best practices. Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security. Analyze data requirements for business models and articulate them to the Client's Integrations Team for automation on Anaplan. Work with Enterprise System Management to determine the Anaplan roadmap, track enhancements, and manage backlog. Coordinate testing, secure UAT sign‑off, and support teams through all project phases, including knowledge transition. Travel and relocate throughout the U.S. for long‑ and short‑term assignments at client sites.
