Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Product and Integration Manager to support and troubleshoot our current ERP system, Sage 500, and assist with the transition to Acumatica Cloud ERP. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for both systems and will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Sage 500, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Experience with APIs, Web Services, EDI Transactions, Middleware and Data Integration Platforms, Data Mapping and Transformation.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation and Logistics Processes, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain Processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system enhancements.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, consultants, business stakeholders, and internal technical resources.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to train users, write documentation, support adoption efforts, and provide ongoing application support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with end-users.
