The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient intake processes, welcoming new clients, ensuring accurate documentation is gathered, and providing exceptional service while helping individuals access the mental health services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
  • Conduct initial intake screenings and collect demographic, insurance, and clinical information.
  • Schedule appointments and provide clients with clear instructions on next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and facility guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth client transitions into patient appointments.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with a diverse client population, including Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
