Job Summary:

The Data Insights Analyst II is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to generate insights that drive strategic business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present key insights clearly and concisely.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operational teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources.
• Synthesize complex information into digestible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
