Overview
JOB TITLE: Project Leader
WORKSITE LOCATION: Manassas, VA
Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES:
Drive programs to improve physical security, privacy, and safety across third-party data centers. Collaborate with various teams, improving workflows, and developing tools and systems. Review and approve security designs and specifications for third-party data centers, ensuring they comply with set standards. Work with partners to implement these security systems efficiently. Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution. Price, track and manage change orders. Develop procedures to validate system configuration, data input and data migration. Ensure high data quality ingestion in new and existing systems. Develop and improve Security Standards. Oversee complex projects, mentoring and overseeing projects execution through design excellence processes, ensuring high delivery quality. Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses, provide weekly and monthly reports. Collaborate with installation, deployment, administration and other cross-functional teams and Project Management to define standards, provide recommendations and guidance on solution deployments, resolve issues, and improve system, features, network security, and solution scalability concerns. Develop further expertise and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on security engineering needs and requirements for system performance, installations, and sustainment programs and provide recommended improvements per industry best practices. Prepare project specific strategic plans and budgets, develop a comprehensive project plan, and analyze statistical data. Lead analysis, evaluation and implementation of system improvements, optimization, and deployments of security systems. Work with internal teams to assess and resolve all privacy, network security, and scalability concerns for the systems.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Project Leader or any related occupation -OR- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience as a Project Leader or any related occupation
Pay Range
USD $125,120.00 - USD $187,680.00 /Yr.
