What You'll Do

In this role, you will be the bridge between data/reporting and telling the Governance & Control story to various audiences, playing a critical role in delivering on strategic initiatives:

1. Strong Analytical & Business Insight Capabilities

  • Own and perform data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and performance insights that inform decisionmaking.
  • Apply business analysis techniques (e.g., rootcause analysis) to identify control gaps & data inefficiencies
  • Translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support governance, control, and risk outcomes through building reports, interactive dashboards, etc...
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.

2. Continuous Process Improvement & Optimization Mindset

Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities to continuously improve governance, control, and risk management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Leverage data, KPIs, and performance insights to monitor process health, measure impact, and support evidencebased improvements aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Contribute to modernization and optimization initiatives by leading automation, standardization, and bestpractice adoption across Governance & Control programs.
