Duration:         12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary

Order Fulfillment Coordinator responsible for supporting warehouse operations, packaging coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities within a distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure warehouse parts and maintain packaging specifications
• Support packaging operations and improvement projects
• Coordinate resolution of inventory and shipment issues
• Communicate with vendors, factories, dealers, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate parts and operational data
• Produce Excel reports and operational documentation
• Support warehouse workflow and productivity initiatives
• Assist with safety and quality activities
• Analyze operational and inventory data
