Role Description

The Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI. This role supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, preparing and maintaining documents, organizing files, and coordinating schedules and meetings. The Administrative Specialist will assist with data entry, basic financial tracking, and report preparation to support station leadership and operational teams. Responsibilities also include responding to internal and external inquiries, providing customer service to partners and stakeholders, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. The role requires close collaboration with operations, finance, and other teams to support compliance, efficiency, and clear communication across the station.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid Analytical Skills, including attention to detail, ability to interpret data and reports, and capacity to identify issues and support problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as scheduling, document management, data entry, and general office coordination.
