Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system.
  • Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
  • Communicate detailed information to sales representatives and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
  • Retain product knowledge to ensure finished product meets customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.
  • Handle special accounts, which may require special procedures

Physical Requirements

  • Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
