This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting industrial customers, inside sales, and order management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, processing orders accurately, preparing quotations, and partnering with outside sales to deliver effective MROP (Maintenance, Repair, Operations, and Production) solutions.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory availability, shipping status, and order information
  • Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Prepare competitive quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy
  • Enter and maintain customer sales information within company systems
  • Source products that meet customer specifications and application requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and business growth

  • Assist with inventory-related inquiries and coordinate with warehouse personnel as needed
