Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk | Part-Time | Weekday MorningsNOW HIRING!We have an immediate opening for our Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk position!

Part-Time – Monday through Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Pay: $21.65 per hour

BSP Trans Inc has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.
What you will do on a typical day:
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Answering incoming calls from customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries of freight to both commercial and residential customers
  • Data entry of customers’ information for scheduling and tracking of freight within the BSP system
  • Light cleaning and office upkeep
​What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:
  • Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, data entry, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
  • Previous experience in transportation or related field
