Job description

Data Entry Operator

Onsite in El Paso, TX (Westside area)

Training Pay: $14 an hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

After training, pay moves to production-based pay, where your effort directly impacts your pay, giving you the opportunity to maximize income through efficiency and focus.

Training is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for approximately 4 weeks.

Schedule after training: Monday-Saturday (one day off during the week) 8am-clean desk - shifts vary based on production needs (OT Likely) 

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Data Entry Operator to join our operations team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for keying and docu-typing medical claims for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Details:

  • Providing data entry for medical, hospital and dental insurance claims
  • Attendance during training is critical
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload
  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
