Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Specialist, Customer & Pricing Master Data to support the integrity and consistency of customer master data across the organization. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining data standards, ensuring accuracy across SAP and legacy systems, and proactively identifying and resolving data anomalies. The Specialist will apply best practices to drive data quality, support business processes, and enable reliable reporting and decision-making.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Implement and enforce master data standards for customer master data across SAP and legacy systems.
  • Regularly review and monitor customer master data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify and analyze anomalies in master data, determining the root causes and necessary corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to track data quality metrics and trends.
  • Implement best practices for data correction, including data cleansing and standardization techniques.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of data issues.
  • Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and other departments to address master data concerns and improve data management processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on master data standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to master data management.
  • Propose enhancements to data management processes and systems to improve overall data quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data standards, procedures, and any changes made to the master data.
  • Prepare and present reports on data quality initiatives and outcomes to management.

Important Details:

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role based in De Pere, WI operating on first shift.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in data management, master data governance, or a similar role, preferably within the food industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems and data quality tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data governance and data quality management.
